My Judo style and strategy at 27 is far different than my judo now at 27 + 25 years of experience. 🙂 The same goes for business. If you don’t adapt in Judo you get tossed but if you don’t adapt in business you go out of the business.

#4. Teacher Learns Most
When you teach, coach or instruct others, studies show that you understand the material better, you recall it more accurately and apply it more effectively. It’s called “the protege effect.”
#5 Hard Work isn’t Always Enough
In sports, hard work will get you to the semi’s or maybe even the finals but in order to win you need to dig in and find that extra 10%. Same goes for business, there will be times when you need to dig hard to meet your goals or close the big deal so don’t be afraid to kick it into overdrive to get it done.

Don’t fear the man who knows 1,000 moves, fear the man who has practiced 1 technique 1,000 times. In Judo and wrestling for that matter it’s better to practice one move 1,000 times than 1,000 moves 1 time. Same for business, it’s better to be the best and own your niche than it is to be average in multiple niches
