    There is not set amount of hours but I tell everyone you can start this part time but not in your spare time. Its not a side hustle its a real business. If you want to be successful I was invest as much time as possible but at minimum 10 hours a week to get started, ideally 15-20. And that is during normal business hours from 8am to 5pm not nights and weekends as you will not be able to reach many shippers or carriers on the weekend.
